This document describes the ways of managing the website mpay.bitx.com (Hereinafter, the "Website") and processing of personal data of users visiting it.
This information notice is given, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree N. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code (hereinafter referred to as "Code"), to those who interact with web services of Your Voice S.p.A., provided through the website mpay.bitx.com
This document is to be considered only with reference to the Website and not to other Web sites possibly visited by the user via links inserted in it. In no event shall the Company be liable for any damage, malfunction, or any other kind of unexpected accident following the consultation of websites linked to this Website. The Owner has not and cannot have any control over the privacy policies adopted by them.

2. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING AND FINALITY
Processing in connection with web services of this website takes place at the headquarters of the Controller and is performed by in-house technical staff that is duly appointed, in writing, and responsible for the processing of data, pursuant to art. 30 of the Code, and/or external staff, after appropriate appointment, in writing, as data processing managers, pursuant to Article 29 of the Code.
The personal information provided by users who request contact and/or quotations are used only to perform the service or provision requested and will be disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose (i.e. consultants , partners, agents, etc.).
In case the user decides to subscribe to the newsletter of the Company, this will be subject to the provision of consent, where applicable, in accordance with the requirements of the order issued by the Authority for the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the "Authority") dated 4 July 2013, containing Guidelines regarding promotional activity and measures to combat spam.
3. TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA
IT systems and software procedures used for running this web- site acquire, during its normal operation, some personal data which is implicitly transmitted through the use of internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected with the intent of associating it with identified users but by their own very nature, could lead to the identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users to connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response to it, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error etc.) and other parameters pertaining to the operating system and IT environment of the user.
This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the website and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The subjects whose personal data is collected have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know the content and origin verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction, pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of the Code.
Pursuant to the same article, the interested parties have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and in any case to object to the processing of data, carried out for legitimate reasons.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are lines of text used to perform automatic authentication, session tracking and storing specific information related to users who access the Website.
